Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled on the public Creative Motion Labs website. It applies only to this website and does not apply to the RASQ clinical application, which is a separate system with its own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Information We Collect

The only place on this website where you can submit personal information is the Collaborate page. The form on that page asks for your Name, Work Email, Collaboration Type, and a Message, all of which are required, and your Organization and Role / Title, which are optional.

Beyond the Collaborate form, we do not directly request or collect any other personal information through this website. This is separate from the standard technical information that may be processed by our hosting infrastructure as part of delivering the website to your browser, described under "Hosting and Technical Information" below. This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking technologies to collect information about visitors — see "Cookies and Tracking" below.

Sensitive and Health Information

The Collaborate form is intended for business, clinical-collaboration, research, and technology-partnership inquiries. Visitors are explicitly asked not to submit patient information, medical records, or other sensitive health information through this form.

This website does not knowingly collect health or patient data, and is not designed or intended to do so.

How the Collaborate Form Works

When you complete and submit the Collaborate form, this website does not transmit your information to a server, database, or third-party service operated by us. Submitting the form opens your own email application with a message pre-filled from the details you entered, addressed to our contact email.

Nothing is sent to or received by Creative Motion Labs until you choose to send that email yourself, using your own email application. Once you send it, the email is handled through the ordinary infrastructure of your email provider and ours, like any other email.

Cookies and Tracking

This website does not set or use cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies of any kind, and it does not use browser storage such as localStorage or sessionStorage. It does not load third-party scripts or embed third-party media.

If this changes in the future — for example, if analytics are added — this policy will be updated accordingly before that change takes effect.

Hosting and Technical Information

This website is hosted on Vercel. Like any web hosting provider, Vercel may process standard technical information necessary to deliver the website to your browser, such as IP addresses and request logs, as part of its infrastructure.

We do not control, and this policy does not make specific claims about, the exact retention periods, storage locations, or processing details of that technical information. Vercel's own policies govern its handling of this information.

How We Use Information You Provide

We use the information you choose to send us through the Collaborate form solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate potential collaboration, pilot, research, or partnership opportunities.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

We retain inquiry-related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of collaboration-related communications. We are refining more specific retention practices as part of ongoing privacy review.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights in relation to the personal information you provide to us. These may include rights to be informed about how your information is processed, to access the personal information we hold about you, to request a readable copy of it where applicable, to correct or update inaccurate information, to request deletion or destruction of your information where applicable, and, where consent is the basis for processing, to withdraw that consent.

Not every right described above will necessarily apply in every circumstance; their availability depends on applicable law. If you would like to exercise any such rights, or have questions about how your information is handled, please contact us using the details below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the website, our practices, or applicable requirements change.
